How do I use Go!Messenger in a public wireless hotspot?
Answer.
If you wish to access Go!Messenger in a public WiFi hotspot, you will need to configure the Network connection to open the browser window upon startup (to allow you to login).
- Go to Network Settings, Infrastructure mode & select your Hotspot connection
- Step through the configuration until you reach Address Settings & choose Custom
- Step across until you reach Internet Browser & select Start
- Step across until you can save the settings & click X
- Select the SSID you wish (eg BTOpenzone)
- The browser window will pop open and you will be taken to the login page of that service provider.
- Enter your account details if you have them, or purchase a voucher (either online or at the hotspot location).
