Alternatively, follow these steps:

1. Select the “Contacts” icon, located on the left-hand side of your PSP screen by pressing and holding the left shoulder button and scrolling up and down to select.
2. Then choose “Add Contact” and press the X button on your PSP.
3. All you now have to do is to add in the details using the on-screen keyboard that will appear when you are prompted to type in your buddies’ contact details.

The fields you can edit are:

• Forename
• Surname
• Nickname
• BT Softphone ID (note N/A now)
• Home Phone Number
• Mobile Phone Number
• Email Address
• Group Membership
• Blocked
• Subscribe

Note: The minimum you should enter is your contact’s nickname.
