What is Go!Messenger?
Answer.

Go!Messenger allows you to quickly chat with your friends and buddies through the use of either your PSP or your PC/Computer. You can:
    - make and receive calls from other PSPs or PCs/Computers anywhere in range of a WiFi signal.
    - instant message your contacts
    - leave voice or video messages for your contacts
