How do I activate / log on to Go!Messenger?
Answer.

As soon as you receive the Go!Messenger “welcome” email, you should be able to activate Go!Messenger.

  1. You will now be asked to connect to the network, select the network connection you wish to use and press X. (Note: help for setting up wireless connections can be found under our “Getting Connected” FAQs on this site.)

  2. Now enter your account username and select the “Enter” button on the keyboard. (Note: the username needed here is your bt.com username - not your Go!Messenger Nickname).
  3. You will now have to enter your password and press “Enter” on the keyboard.
  4. You will now see confirmation that your account has been verified. When prompted, store your details on the PSP’s memory stick - this will make it easier for you to log into the Go!Messenger in the future
  5. Once your account is saved to the memory stick a message will appear asking you to allocate storage space. (For more help on storage space, please refer to our “Activating Go!Messenger” FAQs)
  6. Once your account is saved to the memory stick a message will appear asking you to allocate storage space.
