How do I activate / log on to Go!Messenger?
Answer.
As soon as you receive the Go!Messenger “welcome” email, you should be able to activate Go!Messenger.
- You will now be asked to connect to the network, select the network connection you wish to use and press X. (Note: help for setting up wireless connections can be found under our “Getting Connected” FAQs on this site.)
- Now enter your account username and select the “Enter” button on the keyboard. (Note: the username needed here is your bt.com username - not your Go!Messenger Nickname).
- You will now have to enter your password and press “Enter” on the keyboard.
- You will now see confirmation that your account has been verified. When prompted, store your details on the PSP’s memory stick - this will make it easier for you to log into the Go!Messenger in the future
- Once your account is saved to the memory stick a message will appear asking you to allocate storage space. (For more help on storage space, please refer to our “Activating Go!Messenger” FAQs)
