Go!Messenger does not seem to accept my bt.com username and password.
Answer.
If you have gone through the registration for Go!Messenger, but cannot get it to work with an existing bt.com username and password, you may need to create a new one. This can be done quickly and easily through the following website:
https://gomessenger.bt.com/gmp/login.do?action=registration
Also, ensure you are using the bt.com username to log on, rather than your nickname.
