I do not have a Go!Messenger icon on my xcross media bar (“XMB”)
Answer.

You will need to have version 3.9 or later of the firmware on your PSP. To download the latest firmware to your PSP you need to open up your internet browser. Go to http://uk.playstation.com/help-support/psp/guides/detail/item53931/Download-now/.

Alternatively, you can use the normal PSP Firmware Update facility on the PSP.

You also have to have a PAL Region 2 PSP.
